Ocean Spa Hotel, Cancun

My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. The rooms had a sewer-like smell, giving off a motel vibe, but the view of the beach was stunning. The size was good enough for a comfortable stay, though.

The hotel offers spacious and somewhat comfortable rooms with individual bed lights, resembling a motel vibe. The air conditioning engine can be noticeable at times. The service is exceptional with engaging activities like karaoke with Enrique and a fantastic team including Jose, Julio, and Amisael. The location is excellent for accessing tours in Cancun and downtown, with beautiful views of the courtyard and ocean. The dining experience, though simple, was enjoyable with friendly staff and grilled seafood options.
